It may take 3-10 business days to process your order before we ship it. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Monogram and decal orders are given two options for shipping: shipping with tracking and shipping without tracking. If you choose the standard shipping option without tracking you will not be reimbursed or have a replacement sent out if the items are lost on transit. Sometimes a package or letter sent via the USPS doesn't reach its destination. If you are worried about your order not reaching you or would like to track your order please choose the "Track Your Package" option for $3.

Once an order leaves Sew Southern Designs we cannot guarantee shipping times or exact delivery dates.  This is completely in the hands of the carrier (USPS).  Weather, holiday volume or other unforeseen delays are not something Sew Southern Designs has control over. Please confirm that all shipping information is correct before confirming your order. Any orders returned because of an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee. Sew Southern Designs is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses.

Delivered but Not Delivered

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers below in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
