Return and Exchange Policy

Returns:

Please email us with your order number and the name of the item(s) at hello@ShopSewSouthern.com or click here before starting your return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns on eligible items for up to 14 days after delivery. You can return your eligible items for a store credit only. NO REFUNDS. If you purchased a sale item or used a discount code 15% or greater on your order the items are deemed FINAL SALE and can not be returned.

  • All eligible returns must be received within 14 business days of the shipment delivery date. Returns outside of this 14 day limit will not be eligible for a return. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All returns must be in their original unwashed, unworn condition with tags still attached (no visible signs of wear - i.e. free of any deodorant/makeup stains, free of any odors, etc).
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Shoes must be shipped inside another box or bag. Please do not place the shipping label on the shoe box.
  • You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. You will not be credited back for any shipping fees.
  • Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label. It is very important that you ask for a tracking number when shipping your return or exchange. We are not responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged in the return shipping process.
  • If items not eligible for returns are received you will have to chance to pay shipping back to you or the items will be donated. We have the right the take out restocking fees if necessary.

  • Store credits (or gift cards) will be issued after the return is accepted and you will receive an email with the amount of your refund that you can use on your next or any future purchase. We do not offer any refunds for returns.
  • Once your package is received please allow up to 3-5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification of your store credit once your return is received.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. You will receive a credit once your return is processed and you can use the credit on any future purchase. 

If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be required. You will not receive a refund or credit of your money.
